HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

If we collect your personal information, the length of time we retain it is determined by a number of factors including the purpose for which we use that information and our obligations under other laws. We have a joint controller relationship with PDI Europe Ltd. We process your personal information with that joint controller for the following reason: The following only applies with the purchase of applicable products and is referenced in the associated terms and conditions. 1. To provide and improve products and services for clients 2. For the operation of client or customer accounts.

Data processors

PDI Europe Ltd, UK. Printing and Shipping Fulfilment.

This data processor does the following activities for us: They manage printing and shipping fulfilment for customer orders. They provide access to digital ebooks, direct with customers via third party service – Kortext Ltd, UK.

Kortext Ltd, UK. Data resources access platform.

This data processor does the following activities for us: They provide access to digital e-books, direct with customers via PDI Europe Ltd, UK.

Changes to this policy
